Bikram Day 46: Body at 50

Have not lost an ounce.  Down a dress size.  Love the way my jeans fit.  Bought a new pair of “hot yoga,” Hawaiian print shorts.   Love my body.

I am loving these posts! I stopped going to yoga regularly because I was worried about the lacking weight loss, but I remember that I, too, felt much more comfortable in my jeans. These posts are reminding me that it’s not your actual weight but the way you feel. You’re gaining strength which is so empowering! Thank you!
